本品为无色澄明液体。
【鉴别】
取本品，照五肽胃泌素项下的鉴别试验，显相同的结果。
【检查】
pH值 应为7.0～8.0(附录Ⅵ H)。 有关物质 取本品适量，加水稀释成每1ml中含2 .5mg的供试品溶液和每1ml中含50 μg对照溶液，吸取上述两种溶液各5μl，分别点于同一硅胶G薄层板上，照五肽胃泌素 项下的方法，自“以乙醚-冰醋酸-水(10:2:1)为展开剂”起，同法测定，显相同的结果。 热原 取本品，加水制成每1ml中含250μg的溶液，剂量按家兔体重每1kg注射1.5ml, 应符合规定(附录Ⅺ D)。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定(附录Ⅰ B)。
【含量测定】
精密量取本品适量(约相当于五肽胃泌素0.75mg),加0.01mol/L氨溶 液定量稀释制成每1ml中约含5μg的溶液，照五肽胃泌素项下的方法测定，即得。
