Started from the mechanism of barrel finishing of disc parts, this thesis has studied and discussed the influence to finishing processing of the disc parts family caused by technological parameters such as rotation speed of spindle, ratio of speed, frequency and amplitude of packing-case’s reciprocating movement.
本文从盘类零件滚磨光整加工工艺的机理出发,研究和探讨了盘类零件滚磨光整加工设备的主轴公转转速、速比、料箱往复运动频率、料箱幅度等工艺参数对盘类零件滚磨光整加工效果的影响,得出了相关参数对零件表面质量的影响规律,优化确定了主要参数。

Rolling-sliding friction and wear behavior and effect of carbon content on rolling wear of wheel steel were investigated by a reciprocating rolling test apparatus on tesion-compression hydraulic machine with a high precision.
结果表明:在不同滚滑状态下摩擦副之间的摩擦力不同,平面试样的表面磨痕形貌随着不同的切向摩擦力而明显不同,随着切向摩擦力的增大滚动磨损机制亦发生改变,剥离磨损加剧且磨损深度变大,当相对滑动量增大到一定程度后,磨损表现为明显的剥层机制;碳含量对车轮钢的滚动磨损表面磨痕形貌影响显著,碳含量低时磨痕以犁沟为主,碳含量高时剥离磨损发生的概率增加。
