在乌兰布和沙漠东南缘,测定1m×1m、2m×2m、3m×3m三个规格沙袋沙障的输沙量、降低风速比率、障内地表蚀积三个指标,模拟沙袋沙障的风速流场,障内植被调查,以裸露沙垄和麦草沙障作为对比,综合分析沙袋沙障的防风固沙效果。

For the bit-rate reduction, we firstly propose the realization methods for I-VOP and P-VOP respectively, and then present a fast decision of inter-frame macroblock on the basis of reusing macroblock mode information and motion vectors.
