Objective In order to explore the molecular mechanism of multidrug resistance induced by GCS, to study the modulation of GCS and affected apoptosis-related genes and protein by 1-phenyl-2-palmitoylamino-3-morpholino-1-propanal (PPMP) and GCS siRNA in human leukemia cell strain K562/AO2.
目的:通过研究苯基棕榈酰胺吗啡丙醇( DL– threo– 1-phenyl-2- palmitoylamino-3-morpholino-1-propanol,PPMP)和小干扰RNA(small interfering RNA ,siRNA)对白血病多药耐药(multidrug resistance,MDR)株K562/AO2细胞葡萄糖神经酰胺合成酶(Glucosylceramide Synthetase,GCS)基因的抑制作用及对凋亡相关基因的影响,以探讨GCS致白血病多药耐药的分子病理机制。

Seven compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ),daucosterol(Ⅱ),succinic acid(Ⅲ),4-aminobutyric acid(Ⅳ),alanine(Ⅴ),palmitic acid(Ⅵ),palmitic amide(Ⅶ).
