Methods:Seventy-two patients with sympathetic cervical spondylopathy were selected and were randomly assigned into a treatment group (n=36 cases),given pinggan xifeng decoction (PFXFD),massage and psychological support therapy ,and a control group (n=36 cases), administered Flunarizine and Oryzanol Tablets.
结论:平肝熄风汤配合推拿、心理支持疗法治疗交感神经型颈椎病,其疗效明显优于对照组,是一种有效的综合治疗方案,值得临床推广。

Objective:With proteomic approach,to find the differentially expressed proteins spots in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) of healthy people and intracerebral hemorrhage patients with liver yang forming wind syndrome(LYFWS) treated by Zhenganxifeng decoction(ZGXFD) to investigate the possible proteins of LYFWS and the cure mechanism of ZGXFD.
目的:观察镇肝熄风汤治疗脑出血肝阳化风证(方证相应)前后外周血单个核细胞蛋白质双向凝胶电泳图谱的动态变化,探讨脑出血肝阳化风证的蛋白质表达规律,寻找镇肝熄风汤所作用的蛋白及疗效机制。

| 平肝熄风药 以平降肝阳，熄风止痉为主要作用的一类中药。平肝熄风药多属咸寒之品，有抑制肝阳上亢，缓解痉挛抽搐的功效，主治肝风内动，痉挛抽搐等证。平肝熄风药，一般分为平肝潜阳药和熄风止痉药。平肝潜阳药主要用于肝肾阴虚，肝阳上亢所致的眩晕、耳鸣、目胀、面红目赤、烦躁易怒等证。熄风止痉药主要用于阳热极盛引起的高热神昏，惊风抽搐，或肝血不足引起的虚风内动，四肢抽搐，或风痰上扰所致的癫痫惊狂，中风口眼歪斜等证（见表）。
平肝熄风药，多属动物甲壳、金石矿物类，均应先煎。有些虫类药物有毒，用量不宜过大，孕妇也应忌用或慎用。 |
