The AM60 magnesium alloy was modified by adding different contents of Nd and C_2Cl_6 to refine microstructure, and the effect of solution treatment and aging on the solidification structure was studied.
分别添加不同量的稀土Nd和C_2Cl_6进行变质处理,细化结晶组织;并对其进行固溶和时效处理,研究热处理对合金凝固组织的影响;通过浇注砂型阶梯试样观测壁厚所决定的冷却速度,建立与合金凝固组织之间的关系。
