According to the investigation sample for the physical fitness of Tujia students in Hunan province,this paper makes multi index contrastive analysis on the physical structure,function and quality development for the students aged between 7 and 18 years.
结果表明,20年间湖南土家族学生身体形态有明显的增长、生长发育有提前的趋势;血压、肺活量等生理机能指标有所下降;身体素质发展不平衡,耐力和柔韧素质呈下降趋势,建议加强土家族青少年学生的体育锻炼和营养的补给。

了解湘西土家族学生体质发育现状及20年期间的动态变化,以7～18岁湘西土家族学生共2529人为研究对象,活体测其身高、体重、坐高、胸围、肩宽、骨盆宽,并与1985年对应指标进行比较。

| 长阳土家族自治县 位于中国湖北省西南部，清江中、下游。面积3722平方千米。人口42.77万,民族以汉族、土家族为主。西汉初置佷山县。隋开皇八年（588）改长杨县。唐武德元年（618）改长阳县。1984年置长阳土家族自治县。矿产有煤、铁、锰、汞、重晶石、石灰石等。锰储量3762万吨，有湖北锰田之称。农产有玉米、薯类、豆类、小麦、油菜。畜牧业以饲养猪羊为主，山羊板皮为地方名产。林业资源丰富，林副产品有茶叶、桐油、棕片、柑橘等。棕片产量居全国首位，油桐和宜红茶也占一定地位。资丘皱皮木瓜、青岩五倍子、金福红栀果为地方名产。名胜古迹有钟家湾长阳人遗址（见长阳人）、盐池温泉等。 |
