Objective:The purpurse of this study was to approach the mechanisms and effects of human interferon-α-2b(IFN-α-2b)on the treatment of endometriosis(EMs)by measuring serum level of the cancer antigen 125(CA125)and antiendometrial antibody(EMAb)and observing the effects of the treatment by combining the surgery with human IFN-α-2b on endometriosis.
