中医辨证多从风、热、实入手,根据对细菌性角膜炎病因病机的认识,秦杏蕊教授提出了本病临床上最多见的类型为肝经风热型,治疗应以清热解毒、散风除翳为法,并创立了治疗本病的清目汤。
