主料： 巴戟20克，首乌25克，当归头10克，生地黄25克，红枣（去核）6枚，猪脊骨（连脊肉、脊髓）400克。
做法： 将用料洗净，猪脊骨斩件。全部用料及猪脊骨都放入砂锅内，加清水适量，武火煮沸后，文火煲3小时，调味即可。饮汤吃猪脊骨肉。
