Methods:The connotation of the information from the TCM four diagnostic methods about menstrual diseases were defined and standardized taking the textbook of TCM Diagnostics as the basis, taking the statistical results of database on medical records of famous doctors and some other relative books about TCM symptoms as the reference.
方法:以《中医诊断学》教材为基础,参考“古代名医医案数据库”的统计结果及其他中医症状相关书籍,对月经类四诊信息文字内涵给予规范和初步界定。

古今女科医案选粹
妇产科医案著作。4卷。严鸿志(痴孙)纂辑。成书于1920年。系《退思庐医书四种》之一。严氏认为“古今医案多矣，求其纯粹女科则寥如无闻”。感于“女科医案既无专书，又乏精良”，遂汇集古今女科验案，参以个人临证心得，去粗存精，集成此编。分经水、带下、崩漏、妊娠、半产、难产、新产、产后8门，共计210例。所选验案，均注出处，便以查核。现有《退思庐医书四种》本及单行本。
