病名。出东汉·张仲景《金匮要略·妇人杂病脉证并治》。指妇人七七之期，天癸竭，地道不通 ，经水断绝，为宿有瘀血阻滞胞宫而致漏下的症候。症见崩漏，暮则发热，少腹里急，腹泻，手掌灼热，唇干口燥等，治宜温经补血，方选温经汤(《金匮要略》)。
