抗链球菌溶血素“O”试验

测定血清中有无链球菌溶血素“O”抗体的一种血清学试验。加一定量的链球菌溶血素“O”于倍比稀释的病人血清中，最后加红细胞悬液。抗链球菌溶血素“O”能中和链溶素“O”的溶血作用，当抗体稀释到一定程度后，不再能中和抗原，因此出现溶血。如试验时不溶血的管数越多，表示抗链溶素“O”效价越高。正常人群中也有一定量的抗链溶素“O”，一般在400以下。溶血性链球菌感染1周后，抗链溶素“O”即开始上升，4～6周达高峰。常用作协助诊断风湿热的指标之一。
