适应症:
主要用于慢性精神分裂症,对各型精神分裂症均有一定疗效,对妄想型疗效较好。从改善症状角度来看,对消除思维障碍中的多种妄想症状及知觉障碍中的幻觉症状有明显效果。对病程较长而且精神退缩的病人疗效较差。
用量用法:
深部肌内注射:开始剂量为50mg,1周后根据症状及反应再注射50~100mg。以后根据病情决定剂量及间隔时间,一般每3~4周1次,每次50~200mg,8~16周为1疗程。巩固期病人可酌情减少用量,并适当延长注射间隔时间。
注意事项:
1.主要不良反应为锥体外系症状,可给予苯海索等抗巴金森症药治疗。个别病人可出现心脏不完全性右束支传导阻滞等。 2.偶引起严重失眠,可给予一般催眠药,禁用其他抗精神失常药。有时还可能出现焦虑、嗜睡、疲乏、无力等症状。 3.心、肝、肾等脏器有严重疾患病人及年老体弱者慎用或禁用。
规格: 注射液:每支50mg(2ml)、100mg(4ml)。
