Method: 136 patients who suffering from hyperplasia of mammary glands with phlegm and blood stasis were stochastically divided into two groups.
方法:将乳腺增生病痰瘀互结证患者136例随机分为两组,分别给予丹龙片和乳块消片治疗,治疗前后进行彩色多普勒超声检测,运用临床评分作为疗效评定的基础,分析治疗前后彩色多普勒超声声像图和血流动力学指标的变化规律。

Methods:The human umbilicus vein endothelial cells(ECV-304) was injured by the 15% serum of the patients of BSS associated with hypertension disease,then treated with different concentrations of TanⅡA(10μg/ml、20μg/ml、40μg/ml) for 24 hours.
目的:研究丹参酮ⅡA(TanⅡA)对高血压病血瘀证患者血清损伤后的血管内皮细胞(VEC)的影响,进一步探讨TanⅡA保护VEC的作用机制。
补充资料：痰结
痰结 痰结 病证名。 ①指梅核气。《金匮要略》以半夏厚朴汤主治“妇人咽中如有炙脔”则为早期之文献载述。多因火邪灼津、燥痰粘结于咽所致。《明医杂著·痰饮》：“喉中有物，咯不出，咽不下，此痰结也。”治宜散结化痰，除上述半夏厚朴汤外，亦可用加味甘桔汤合清化丸治疗。参见梅核气条。 ②指胸膈或胁下之痰结。《万病回春·痰饮》：“胸膈有痰不化，元气虚弱，津液干燥，咯难得出，喘嗽身热，痛难转移者，是痰结也。……胁下有痰，作寒热咳嗽，气急作痛者，亦痰结也。”用栝楼枳实汤，或用节斋化痰丸加减。参见痰证条。
