The aims of this empirical research were set to understand the general symptoms, the frequencies, the rates and the causes of sub-health condition of the female teachers working at the secondary schools in Hong Kong as well as their countermeasures of life cultivation and rehabilitation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
本研究目的是透过受访教师自评身心健康状况,了解香港女性中学教师亚健康状态的症状表现,发生率,产生原因等;她们在中医养生康复的认识和采用情况,及对提出以中医养生康复对策应付亚健康状态的建议。
