血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶
简称"γ-谷氨酰转肽酶"。γ-GT在人体内分布较广。主要来自肝脏,存在于肾、胰、肝、肠、脑、肺、骨骼肌和心肌中。正常人血清中含量Orlouski法<40单位。在肝脏疾病中,其活力增高。肝癌患者血清γ-GT几乎均增高。可大于正常值的几倍和几十倍;阻塞性黄疸时γ-GT则较肝癌明显升高,当阻塞解除后可恢复正常。 (注:原为γ-GT现改名为Gamma glutamyl transterase;GGT谷氨酰转移酶)。
