性质：又称大牻牛儿酮，杜鹃酮。是吉马烷的衍生物。结晶体，熔点56～57℃，熔点53～54℃(己烷)。植物来源有杜鹃花科植物兴安杜鹃(Rhododendron dauricum L.)的叶，马兜铃科植物双叶细辛(Asarum caulescens Maxim.)挥发油等多种植物。具有镇咳、平喘及一定的细胞毒作用。
