The sky-wave Over-the-Horizon Radar (OTHR) and the sky-transmit- ground-receive OTHR, which utilize the ionosphere as the medium, will inevitably produce multipath data fusion problem.

This paper introduced dimensional parameters and nondimensional parameters in time domain analysis,built multi-data fusion fault diagnosis system,which included data level fusion module,feature level fusion module and decision level data fusion module,adopted the neuronal networks to conquer the shortcoming of neural network and to solve the abuse of evidence theory which is difficult to gain BPA.

Based on those algorithms,an algorithm of backward-construction TED is proposed,which is used to verify the equivalence between the behaviors specification and register transfer level(RTL) implementation of polynomial data path.
