后出胎头产钳手术
臀位(包括臀位助产和臀位牵引术)后出胎头分娩困难时，可用后出头产钳助产，称为后出胎头产钳手术。手术时，助手提起胎儿手足，躯干可用消毒巾兜起，术者从胎儿腹侧依次放入左、右钳叶。产钳对合后牵引，开始向下，当胎儿头部枕骨抵于耻骨弓下，即可逐渐提高钳柄，使胎儿下颌、口、鼻、顶相继娩出。应用适当，可避免因用手牵拉儿头造成胎儿颈椎脱臼、锁骨骨折等产伤，更有利于迅速娩出胎头，抢救胎儿。
