颈椎融合
cervical fused
一种先天性颈椎及上胸椎联合的发育畸形造成的颈部短缩及运动障碍的综合征。又称“先天性骨性斜颈或短颈畸形”。一般认为在胎儿3～7周时中胚层分节缺陷使椎体发育障碍所致。临床表现为婴儿出生后即发现颈项缩短，肌性或骨性斜颈，颈部活动受限，侧突、后突、头颅重心前移使头倾斜或旋转，肩胛骨抬高，后发际低，颜面不对称，有颈肋可以压迫臂丛使上肢神经不完全麻痹或疼痛。本征可伴有耳聋，眼肌麻痹等。
