Objective:To summarize nursing of the patients with pedicle screw fixation in treating lumbral spondylolysis.
方法对60例腰椎滑脱症病人行椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,术前加强心理护理,床上排便练习;术后密切观察脊髓神经功能恢复及切口渗血、渗液情况,并进行正确的体位护理和康复教育指导。
