Methods:60 MCI patients was randomly divide into 2 groups,30 patients for each groups:Acup-Cognitive Training group was treated with Kidney-Supplementing & Mind-Clearing Acupuncture Method and Cognitive Training;Medication-Cognitive Training group was treated with Nimodipine and Cognitive Training.
方法:本研究纳入60例患者,并随机分配到电针联合认知训练组和西药联合认知训练组,所有患者均进行脑血管病的基础治疗,电针联合认知训练组予益肾醒脑针法结合认知训练,西药联合认知训练组予口服尼莫地平结合认知训练,每位患者共治疗12周,治疗前后分别进行蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)、日常生活自理量表(ADL)和韦氏记忆量表(WMS)评价。
