响螺湾漂起“休闲岛” 塘沽打造7大功能服务区
响螺湾是海河下游入海口处的规划建设项目，因为海河在入海口处的水流颇似一个海螺而得名，现在，在这个“海螺”上将建起一个“小岛”，就是响螺湾生活服务功能区。包括一系列现代化星级宾馆和商业广场的现代化建筑，配合中央水体公园，成为塘沽区未来新的地标建筑。这是记者昨日从滨海新区新一轮的开发建设规划中获悉的。
此次建设规划将打造7大功能服务区。除了响螺湾生活服务区，其他6大功能服务区还包括泰达商务中心服务区、北方航运中心服务区、蓝鲸岛高档生活示范区、城市中心商业服务区、于家堡国际商业服务中心和北塘休闲旅游服务中心，预计到2010年全部建成并投入使用。这些服务区囊括了商务办公、信息、金融、展览、餐饮、娱乐、休闲、购物、居住和旅游各方面的功能和设施。其中，位于永定新河、蓟运河、潮北河三条河流交汇处的北塘休闲旅游服务中心，是以休闲渔业为主的北方旅游基地，充分挖掘北塘的历史资源，突出“一个小渔村，半部近代史”的历史文化底蕴。利用河口及海洋的交汇，建设镇内循环水系，充分利用自然水系和中水资源建设一个现代化水乡城镇。
