Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncturing the Five Shu-Transference Points of Hand-Yangming Meridan on treating shoulder-hand syndrom poststroke.
目的:观察电针手阳明经五输穴对中风后肩手综合征的治疗效果。

In order to observe the effect of electric acupuncture of the acupoints along the Yangming Channels on peripheral nerve injury,15 cases of radial nerve injury were treated by electric acupuncture of the acupoints along the Yangming Channels(EA Group)and compared with 15 cases of the control group treated by Western medicines for three months.
采用电针阳明经穴治疗桡神经损伤 15例 ,并随机设西药对照组 15例对照观察 ,观察周期为 3个月。

Objective:Through summing up the ancient and modern literature of the points of the Large Intestine Meridian and the Small Intestine Meridian and adding up the frequency of these points symptoms to conclude the main symptoms.
方法检索清代以及清代以前的中医著作700余部，其中涉及本课题的古籍计211部；及1994～2003年期间发表在国家及省级医学杂志中的文章，其中有关手阳明经、手太阳经主要腧穴主治症的计820篇。

| 手阳明大肠经 人体十二经脉之一。简称大肠经。起于食指桡侧端（商阳穴）经过手背行于上肢伸侧前缘，上肩，至肩关节前缘，向后到第七颈椎棘突下（大椎穴），再向前下行入锁骨上窝（缺盆），进入胸腔络肺，向下通过膈肌下行，属大肠。分支是从锁骨上窝上行，经颈部至两颊，入下齿中，回出挟口两旁，左右交叉于人中，至对侧鼻翼旁（迎香穴），交于足阳明胃经（见图）。
该经脉腧穴有商阳、二间、三间、合谷、阳溪、偏历、温溜、下廉、上廉、手三里、曲池、肘、手五里、臂臑、肩、巨骨、天鼎、扶突、禾、迎香，共20穴，左右合40穴。 |
