| 膀胱湿热证 湿热蕴结膀胱所表现的证候。多因感受湿热，或饮食不节，湿热内生，下注膀胱所致。临床表现为尿频尿急，尿道灼痛，尿黄赤短少，小腹胀闷，或伴有发热腰痛，或尿血，或尿有砂石，大便干，舌红苔黄腻，脉数。膀胱湿热证以尿频、尿急、尿痛、尿黄为辨证要点。湿热侵袭膀胱，气化失常。热迫尿道，见小便频数，灼热疼痛，小腹胀闷，尿黄短少。湿热郁蒸，可见发热，累及肾脏，则腰痛。热伤阴络，出现尿血。湿热久郁，煎熬尿中杂质成砂石。舌红苔黄腻，脉数，为湿热之象。治宜清热利湿通淋，方用八正散。 |
