Before the medication, medication 5±2day、10±2day、15±2day and withdrawal 14±2day, every patient of the two groups would get evaluated according to measurement of the BZD sume information, the revised Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and the disharmony of heart and kidney symptom scale; the adverse effect would also be observed and recorded.
两组患者在用药前、用药第5±2天、第10±2天、第15±2天及停用试验药后14±2天各观察一次BZD的用量,修订匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index, PSQI)量表,Zung焦虑自评量表(Self—rating Anxiety Scale, SAS),中医心肾不交证候积分表,同时观察不良反应。

| 心肾不交证 心火肾水既济失调所表现的证候。多由久病伤阴，或房事不节，或思虑太过，情志郁而化火，或外感热病心火独亢等因素所致。临床表现为心烦不寐，心悸不安，头晕耳鸣 ，健忘腰酸，遗精，五心烦热，潮热盗汗，咽干口燥，舌红 ，脉细数；或伴见腰部下肢酸困发冷。心肾不交证以失眠为主，伴见心火亢盛、肾水亏虚的症状为辨证要点。心属火，肾属水，心火下温肾水，使肾水不寒；肾水上济心火，使心火不亢，是为心肾相交，水火既济。若肾水不足，心火失济，则心火偏亢；心火炽盛，又下汲肾水，耗伤肾阴，形成心肾不交的病理变化。若心火亢于上，火不归元，肾水失于温煦 ，则同时可见腰以下酸困发冷，此为心肾不交的另一类型。心肾不交的治法为交通心肾。心肾阴虚者用黄连阿胶汤，火不归元者用交泰丸。 |
