性质:又称微分接触式设备。多数为塔式萃取器,其中两相的接触和分离是在连续流动过程中连续进行的,因此两相中溶质的浓度是连续变化的。连续接触式萃取设备主要有以下几类。(1)无能量输入的。如喷淋塔、填料塔、穿流筛板塔。(2)机械搅拌的。如转盘塔、振动筛板塔、桶形淋雨式萃取器以及各种带搅拌器的填料塔、挡板塔和筛板塔。(3)液体脉冲的。如脉冲筛板塔、脉冲填料塔。(4)利用离心力的。如离心萃取器等。
