性质:又称红血球。一种高度分化的血细胞,无细胞核。呈双凹盘状,直径6.8~7.6μm,厚度约1.7μm,中间较薄,约1μm。正常红细胞在体内的平均寿命为120天。它不再进行血红蛋白的合成,其能量主要来源于葡萄糖无氧酵解及磷酸戊糖旁路代谢。
