}inye keyon林业科研(forestry二search)以林业为主要对象的科学研究活动。科学技术作为第一生产力，林业科研在林业生产建设中发挥着重要的作用。但中华人民共和国建立前，中国林业科研落后，全国林业科研机构仅有重庆林业试验站、华北农业试验场的造林研究科、经济部中央工艺实验所木材试验室和上海木材工业研究室等几处，科研人员不到2(X)人。中华人民共和国建立后，中国林业进人了一个崭新的发展时期。林业科学技术的发展经历了初创、发展、停顿、恢复和重建、蓬勃发展等几个发展阶段，形成了中央到地方的各级(省、市、自治区、部分地、县)林业科研机构，形成了以林业部部属研究机构为主体，地方林业研究机构和高等林业院校研究机构相结合的格局，形成了林业科学研究、技术推广、技术监督三大体系和科技信息网络。到1990年县以上独立和非独立的林业科研院、所、室有685个，其中部属的有57个;科技推广站(中心)l 341个，其中部属22个;技术监督机构185个，其中部属6个。全国独立的林业研究与开发机构有257个，其中部属、省属、地区及市属分别为17、45、195个;职工总数为22798人，其中科技人员14207人(科技管理、课题、科技服务人员分别为2161人、655人、54%人)，这些科技人员中具有大学本科以上学历和具有高中级技术职称的人员为58科人，具有大中专学历和具有初级技术职称的人员为3 506人。1949~1994年共取得较重大科技成果4以X)项，其中1978~1994年获得主要科技成果4 360项，获林业部科技进步奖、国家级科技进步奖、国家发明奖、国家自然科学奖、全国科学大会奖共1以2项(分别为14(X)、125、29、2、86项)。 1958年在原中央林业科学研究所的基础上成立的中国林业科学研究院，是中国林业行业集科学研究、学术交流和情报信息为一体的林业部直属的国家级综合林业科研机构。截止到1995年底，全院共有16个研究所、中心，分布于全国10个省(市)、区，在职职工近4以X)人，其中科技人员1 800人，具有本科以上学历的1(X兀)余人。共取得科技成果931项，其中获奖成果389项(获国家级奖励成果53项)。科技成果水平居全国同行业领先水平，特别是全院所获国家科技奖和林业部一等奖占全国同行的50%左右。 中国林业科研中应用基础研究、应用研究与开发研究所投人的研究经费和研究力量大致是1:7:2的比例，林业科技成果转化率为34%左右，营林、森林工业科技进步对经济增长的贡献率分别为21 .20%、17.98%。虽然上述指标远低于发达国家的水平，但中国林业科研成果转化所取得的效果仍是巨大的。自1990年以来，林业部实施“科技兴林”战略，每年筛选100项林业科技成果进行推广，并从中优选30~扣项成果作为重点推广对象。王涛研制的具有国际先进水平的广谱高效生根促进剂—ABT生根粉，至1992年已在全国30个省(区、市)8万个点1270种林、农、药用植物上广泛应用，覆盖面已达全国3/4的行政县市，建立样板示范田6 107万亩，增加产值达28.6亿元，纯产值13.8亿元，并推广到20多个国家。 (高发全施昆山)
