Research on Professional Adaptability of Sea-Going Ship s Navigating Offices and Their Psychological Evaluation System;

Based on the principle of ergonomics a full psychological selection system of the professional adaptability of NPP operators including cognitive ability,personality and psychological health was established.

Based on an empirical analysis on a sample composed of 392 undergraduate students from Chongqing s six universities,we find that occupational adaptability can be divided into five dimensionalities,named study and skill adaptability,intercommunicate adaptability,occupational consciousness adaptability and career choose adaptability,environment adaptability.
