Based on this knowledge, taking an elementary school in shanghai as a research sample, this paper analyses the current operation of class norms of different school grades , meanwhile this study does some research on existed problems of class norms and their causes as well as provide some strategies to tackle these problems.

Facing the new demands maken by the development of the society, economy, science and technology,the teacher-in-charge must renew his class-education-management concepts, build up the idea of humanism, the idea of students being the subject of cognitive development, the idea of management and education,and so on.
