Based on the approach of questionnaire investigation,this paper conducted a tentative research on the career self-efficacy among teenager athletes in China,with a purpose of promoting the development of the career program and direction of national teenager athletes.

Objective To investigate nursing students academic self-efficacy,achievement motives and autonomous learning ability,to explore the relationships among them and to take some measures to improve their autonomous lear-ning ability.

To describe the state of test anxiety of senior high school students,and explore the relationship between it with academic self-efficacy,3511 senior high schools students were measured by the Test Anxiety Questionnaire and the Academic Self-efficacy Questionnaire.

Through discussing the important role of students academic self-efficacy in the prosess of learning and the main factors which influence the forming of it, the paper focuses on how to improve students academic self-efficacy.

Relations of academic achievement to learning self-efficacy and learning strategy for middle school students;

The results were as flowers:(1) many mathematics-majors students have low degree of professional commitment and learning self-efficacy,and serious disability of learning adaptation,apparently in environment-factor and learning-movivation;(2) there were signifiant different on learning adaptation,learning self-efficacy and academic achievement.

The main tools were learning attribution scale, learning self-efficacy scale and learning strategy scale.
