| 抽象艺术 abstract art 艺术形象较大程度偏离或完全抛弃自然对象外观的艺术。抽象一词原义指人类对事物非本质因素的舍弃与对本质因素的抽取。一部分原始艺术品和大部分工艺美术作品以及书法、建筑等艺术样式，就其形象与自然对象的偏离特征来说应属抽象艺术。但作为自觉的艺术思潮的抽象艺术则在20世纪兴起于欧美。诸多现代主义艺术流派如抽象表现主义、立体主义、塔希主义等均受此影响。现代抽象艺术大致可分两种：①对自然对象外观加以减约、提炼或重组；②完全舍弃自然对象，以纯粹形式构成出现，称纯抽象。前者有两种类型：一种以自己对事物的概念为创作依据，减去被认为是次要、偶发的因素，追求一种本质；另一种则从个别特殊的自然对象中抽取艺术形象的模式。后者则分情感型和理智型两类。情感型被称为热抽象，如W.康定斯基、J.米罗等；理智型被称为冷抽象，以K.C.马列维奇和P.蒙德里安为代表。抽象主义思潮盛行于20世纪50年代。现代抽象艺术运动整体上是对模拟自然的传统的反叛，它对现当代艺术产生了深远影响。 |
