Objective To investigate the occupational values of college students of nursing science so as to provide information for delivering education about occupation values to college nursing students.

In order to look into the occupational values of the contemporary young people in China,middle school students,college students and young employees were investigated by means of a self-prepared questionnaire,which is composed of such six dimensions including safeguard and material benefits,contribution and collectivism,self-development,family,esteem and reputation,and social relation.

Through the analysis of value, values, occupational values, the author points out the views about the main connotations of players occupational values and analyzes the contents and characteristics of players occupational values, which will be taken as useful references for teaching and training of players.
