距市区21公里，占地68英亩。该园构想于1992年，由卡邦工业区发展委员会和[[新加坡]]国际财团合资建设，总投资4亿美元，其中新加坡占47%，印度塔塔集团占47%，卡纳塔克邦政府占6%。第一期工程占地5英亩，已经竣工。该园集办公、生产、居住和娱乐于一体，较好地满足国际高科技公司如信息技术、电子电讯、生化技术、金融服务等进驻的需要。投入使用后，已有90家公司入驻，其中包括我国的华为技术有限公司。
