Starting with governmental praise and authorization to filial piety and so on,this paper analysed the variation process which the filial piety was changed from individual and relational sentiment action to exterior amenity formalization and social action because of governmental system and control,and this may discuss the variation and effect of political and ethic moralizing in Han Dynasty.
