外部动因的内化(internallzation of outermotive)心理转化机制。人们在社会环境中生活，各种因素同时作用于人，但它们并不构成人的心理的主观内容。一日‘个体原有的心理要素间力量对比发生变化，或外界影响的强度超过一定阂限，原有的心理平衡被打破，外在环境因素转化为个体心理新的需求或动机，便形成了新的心理结构，具有了新的心理功能。这种被内化了的外部因素，常常成为后继行为的主要原因。接受外界影响而发生的思想转变即建立在这一内化机制基础上促进积极因素内化，防止消极因素内化，是思想政治工作的主要任务。 (李诚忠撰王树茂区互困审)
