资产负债综合管理理论
【资产负债综合管理理论1亦称“多元化管理理论”。商业银行经营管理的一种理论。该理论认为:商业银行单靠资产管理或单靠负债管理，难以形成安全性、流动性和盈利性的均衡。只有根据经济情况的变化，通过资产、负债的统一协调管理，才能实现经营总方针的要求，达到经营目标。该理论产生于20世纪70年代中期，是在资产管理理论、负债管理理论的局限性日益明显的情况下出现的。该理论是资产管理理论和负债管理理论在更高层次上的结合，它将资产和负债两方面联系起来，并置于共同的目标之下、同等的经济环境之中进行全盘考虑，以达到资产与负债的优化配合，使资金结构得到合理调整，并保持银行资金的盈利性、流动性和安全性的均衡，从而谋求经营收益的最大化与经营风险的最小化。其基本原则是，通过偿还期对称、经营目标互相替代、资产分散达到了总量平衡与结构对应。资产负债综合管理理论已成为现代商业银行普遍使用的基本方法和手段。中国银行业自交通银行于1988年首先实行“比例管理”为核心的自我控制体系，开始了资产与负债协调管理的探索与实践。中国人民银行1哭拜年颁发了《关于对商业银行实行资产负债比例管理的通知》，使这一理论正式引进中国。
