【投资风险准备】商业银行用于核算投资风险准备的提取、转销、结余情况的一个会计科目。风险准备是商业银行按上年末投资余额的一定比例从营业费用中提取的用于补偿投资损失的准备、该科目的贷方登记投资风险准备的提取数额，借方登记按规定投资风险准备核销投资损失的数额。已确认并核销的投资损失又收回时，按收回金额贷记本科目;按差额提取时，冲减已提数借记本科目。本科目的期末贷方余额，是已提取的投资风险准备。提取投资风险准备时，借记“营业费用”，贷记“投资风险准备”;银行收回部分投资、核销部分投资损失时，借记“固定资产、“投资风险准备”，贷记“累计折旧”、“长期投资—其他投资”;收回部分已核销投资损失时，借记“长期投资—其他投资”，贷记“投资风险准备”，借记“现金”，贷记“长期投资一一其他投资”。
