Combining the existing problems with Chinese policies and laws concerning mental health education which require to bring about a harmonious atmosphere in the mental health education of reform school students,and the neccessity to handle well the relations between learning and mental health educat.

With students from grade 7 to grade 9 in reform schools and ordinary junior high schools as subjects, this research studied reform school students mental health and its related factors.

Reform school students errors mainly originate from an incorrect life attitude;therefore life guiding should be regarded as the basis for righting education in reform schools.

According to pressing close to a student,pressing close to actual principle,the reconstruction of college student management system adaptable to time has been discussed in this paper,including the additon of institutions,the innovation of systems,straightening out the relations between relevant departments further,full participation,taking advantage of modern information platform.

The experiment has two parts: the first part is to evaluate emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior of students in Gong-du school by "Emotional Intelligence Scale" and "Aggressive Behavior Self-report Questionnaire", and compare with the normal students.
