| 联合制 combination 在生产社会化高度发展条件下，把资本主义大生产中许多不同的但彼此关联的生产部门或生产过程结合在一起的企业联合形式 。又称康平纳，拉丁文combinatus的音译。联合制是资本主义生产发展到最高阶段的一个重要特点。在资本主义生产中，许多不同的但彼此相关的生产部门结合在一个企业中。它们或者依次对原料进行加工，如把矿石炼成生铁，把生铁炼成钢，用钢制造各种成品；或者对另一些部门起辅助作用，如加工下脚料或副产品，生产包装用品等。联合制与单个企业相比，其优点表现在：①可以充分利用原材料和生产设备，节省生产费用。②可以减少原料购买和产品销售的中间环节，节省流通费用。③可以不断采用新技术和新工艺，提高劳动生产率。④可以在市场价格波动的情况下，保证自身能够获得更稳定的利润率。因此，联合制既能够进一步提高生产社会化程度和促进生产力的发展，也能够在激烈的竞争中排挤或吞并中小企业，推动资本主义垄断的发展，保证垄断企业获取高额利润。在资本主义制度下，联合制的发展必然加剧资本主义的内部矛盾。 |
