为石蒜科植物水鬼蕉的叶。
【植物形态】
水鬼蕉 多年生草本。有鳞茎。叶数枚，集生基部，抱茎；剑形，长45～75厘米，宽2.5～6厘米，深绿色，多脉。花茎扁平，实心，高30～80厘米，外苞片长5～7厘米，基部极阔；花白色，无柄，3～8朵生于花茎之顶；花被管圆柱形，纤弱，长短不等，约10厘米以上，裂片线形，常短于管；雄蕊生于管之喉部，花丝基部合成杯形，上部分离，花药丁字着生；子房下位，花柱头状。花期夏末秋初。 为庭园栽培植物。分布广东、福建等地。

美丽水鬼蕉等多种同属植物的鳞茎中，均含有石蒜碱和多花太仙碱等多种生物碱。

【功用主治】
舒筋活血。

①治跌打肿痛：㈠水鬼蕉鲜叶捣烂，加酒少许，炒热敷患处。㈡水鬼蕉鲜叶用针刺数小孔，放热米汤内烫软，缠裹患处。 ②治痈肿初期：水鬼蕉鲜叶，调红糟炒热敷患处。 ③治关节风湿痛：水鬼蕉鲜叶和面粉捣烂外敷。(性味以下出《福建中草药》)
