With the opinion of desalinating the political flavor of this punishment, the author suggests using “deprivation of public rights”instead of “deprivation of political rights, ” omitting “political freedom,” and adding “forbid taking specific career”and “deprivation of honor” in order to make the competence punishment system perfect.
