主料
中虾肉400克，鸡蛋2只，面粉50克，面包末100克，姜、味精、葱、盐精、胡椒粉各少许，猪油1公斤（耗100克），（口急）汁2小碟。
做法
1、把虾肉片成两半，用刀压平，用姜、葱、味精、精盐、胡椒粉等拌匀腌制后，撒上面粉，涂上蛋液，再粘上面包末。2、烧热鼎，下猪油，待油热时把虾逐件放进油鼎中，炸至呈金黄色后捞起盛于餐盘中，上席时跟（口急）汁2碟。
