This thesis chooses Henan yuan family who accepted the advanced civilization of the Han nationality exhausitively as study object in order to go further into the transformation of yuan family in Tang Dynasty by means of inscription on the graves and official history.
论证河南元氏家族在隋唐改朝换代的新的历史大变革时期,为了家族的发展,如何适应唐代新的环境,逐渐由贵显世家转变为普通官僚之家,由以注重郡望、门第的身份性的大官僚家族演变为适应唐代科举制并以儒家文化著称的文学士族,从更广泛的意义反映了北朝隋唐时期家族的演变历程。
