1.监督企业法人按照《条例》及其施行细则的规定办理开业、变更和注销登记；
2.监督企业按照核准登记事项以及章程、合同或协议从事经营活动；
3.监督企业和法定代表人的违法经营活动；
4.监督企业按照规定办理年检手续。
