The thesis is based on the study of the novels about the marriage between human-being and monster of Tang&Wudai Dynasties and conducted at four levels :The first offers a review of literature and sets the goals of the study after analyzing the particular factors of these novels.

Researchers used to regard Six Dynasties as a time in which people are aware of the expression of individuality and take this as a premise to discuss the love and marriage novels of Six Dynasties,without taking account of the effect which was exerted by the social cultures of the time such as the notion of Li and the marriage institution.

Mainly using the view of social gender and the method of the female science, this thesis verifies the novels about love and marriage of Chenruoxi and considers that she has processed three phases: approaching of the female questions, subjective contradiction of perplex and ideal, introspection of the gender questions.

Since the heroes in those novels are epitomes of the intellectuals in reality, it thus serves as a means of discovering the emotions and special psychological state of the Tang intellectuals to analyze the Tang novels about love and marriageThe whole thesis can be divided into three chapters.
