In order to set up corresponding strategies for improving the effectiveness of stress coping for salespersons and increasing their job involvement, the present study was designed to examine the effects of proactive coping style, role stress, and personal factors (proactive personality, self-efficacy) on job involv.
本研究结果表明: (1) 前摄性应对方式与工作投入之间存在显著的正相关,对工作投入具有明显的预测效应,并在前摄性人格与工作投入之间的关系中起着显著的中介作用; (2) 组织情景因素中的角色压力对涉及组织外部关系的销售人员工作投入没有明显的预测效应; (3) 个体特征因素中的前摄性人格、销售自我效能感对工作投入具有显著的直接预测效应; (4) 销售自我效能感对工作投入的预测效应显著高于一般自我效能感的预测效应; (5) 个体特征中的前摄性人格、一般自我效能感和销售自我效能感之间存在显著的正相关; (6) 工作投入和工作倦怠之间存在显著的负相关,可以验证是属于一个连续体的两个极端。
