There are four partial traditional opinions in foreign trade to be cleared up: first,exportation is better than importation;second,it is better to produce more tradable products;third,high-tech foreign products are better than primary imported goods;fourth,more exports of manufactured goods can optimize the composition of export production.

Starting from the concept of cross -culture communication and following theoretical pattern,this article discusses the communication essence and analyzes the predictability of cross -culture communication,on the basis of comparing Chinese culture and American culture.
